Kins of same blood – A to Z Challenge

Educated in the same school

Yet we speak a different language

One speaks of compassion and love

Other speaks of hate and terror

We listen to the same music

Still we interpret it differently

He finds love intertwined in religious threads

He finds religion tangled in a love-hate maze

Parents pass on the good virtues

One learns, other grief later

They speak of peace as a fount and end

They too speak of peace although backdoor

So where’s the kinship, we

As a world, of brothers and sisters wish?

A lamp of heaven illuminates only

When kins choose harmony with glee
